40mph winds. Sudden downpours. A few heroic gazebos holding on for dear life. But also… blue skies, sunshine bursts, and some of the best vibes we’ve ever felt.

Big Food Festival made its Swansea debut this month and we’ll be honest, it was a wild one. But you showed up, backed the traders, danced through the drizzle, and made it unforgettable.

We had over !5 food stalls serving everything from Greek wraps to jerk chicken, churros to seafood. Our bar was packed, our BFF merch flew off the rails, and even the weather couldn’t dampen the smell of sizzling street food.

On the stage we had a brilliant mix of old faves and new faces. Neath legends Craig, Jack, and Pan Man Gen brought the energy we know and love. We welcomed DJ Luca Rinaldi to the BFF fam, plus live sets from Strung Together (our first ever country band!), smooth sounds from sax player Tom Butler, and the powerful voices of the Tenovus Choir filling the park.

It was muddy. It was magic. And it reminded us why we do what we do. A huge thank you to everyone who came, cheered, sang, ate, danced, and supported. We cannot wait to be back in Swansea in 2026.

Bring your waterproofs just in case. We'll bring the good times.

With love,
The BFF Team 🌦️🌮🎶
